Delivery Time: Standard UK mainland delivery typically takes 2-5 business days - Express delivery typically takes 1-3 business days.

International Shipping: We currently do not offer international delivery.

Tracking: Once your order is dispatched as express delivery, you will receive a tracking number for your order.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; however, should you need to return an item, please review our policy below:

Eligibility for Returns: Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in original condition, and in their sealed packaging.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Non-Refundable Items: Products cannot be refunded if the product box is unsealed, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

All digital purchases - including interview articles, press release publications, contributions, and similar services - are non‑refundable.
 
Faulty or Incorrect Items: If your item is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days for a replacement or refund.
