Delivery Time: Standard UK mainland delivery typically takes 2-5 business days - Express delivery typically takes 1-3 business days.

International Shipping: We currently do not offer international delivery.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Non-Refundable Items: Products cannot be refunded if the product box is unsealed, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

All digital purchases - including interview articles, press release publications, contributions, and similar services - are non‑refundable.
