TERE!’s connection to music began almost as soon as she could reach the keys of a piano. Raised with sound as a constant presence, her musical instinct showed early when she began learning songs by ear as a child. As she explains, “I was connected to music since I was born. When I was 4, I started playing by ear the songs of my favourite TV shows with the piano that my parents got me for Christmas. My mum was really shocked so she decided to join me to piano lessons and the school choir! I fell in love with it as soon as I started and never stopped!” That natural pull toward music grew into a lifelong passion, laying the foundations for an artist who now commands the stage with electrifying confidence.
Originally from Madrid and now based in Liverpool, TERE!’s professional path didn’t appear overnight. For years, music was something deeply personal rather than a defined career goal. Everything shifted in 2020 when she began sharing her original songs and covers online. “It always feels scary at the beginning to pursue an artistic career. I never thought this could be my life until I decided to start posting my original music and covers on social media in 2020. It all happened so fast, I reached over 5 million views in my third video in only a week, so I decided to keep going.” The speed of this response confirmed what her instincts had been telling her, and the idea of music becoming her permanent path grew more real. That clarity strengthened when she moved to the UK to study at the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts, where she fully committed to her direction: “It wasn’t until coming to study music at The Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts that I felt this was definitely going to be my job for the rest of my life.”

Choosing to relocate and dedicate herself to study was one of the biggest turning points of her journey so far. The move required courage, particularly because opportunities were already appearing back home. “I think the biggest challenge was coming to study abroad to pursue your dreams. It requires courage and self-belief. I also received various major label opportunities in Madrid, so rejecting all of them to learn first was also a big decision.” That willingness to prioritise growth over quick success speaks to the long-term vision behind the artist she is becoming.
On stage, TERE! embodies a larger-than-life persona that blends theatrical confidence with emotional openness. She describes her live energy as visceral and unfiltered, saying, “I would say I’m rageful, loud and fun. I love to put on a rebellious act and play with dynamics, always keeping the sound quite organic but strong. I would say I have big vocals and a big stage presence too, so my shows can get you hooked quickly.” Her bold performance style has become a defining feature of her identity, something audiences consistently respond to. She believes what sets her apart lies in “my bold and extravagant artistry and my big vocals and stage presence. I love to put on a good show and I’m really confident on stage. People usually connect with that the most.”
Despite projecting a rock diva image under the spotlight, TERE! remains rooted in authenticity and connection with her audience. She wants fans to feel part of her journey rather than simply observers of it. “I want to come across as authentic as possible. Even though I portray myself as a rock diva on stage, I really like my fans to feel included in everything I do. I’m here because of them, and I’m really aware of that all the time.” This blend of strength and openness shapes how she approaches both her music and her community.
Her songwriting process is guided almost entirely by emotion and instinct. “I usually start with a gut feeling. I trust my instincts more than anything, so if I have a deep emotion that is worth expressing I fully go with it.” Over time, she has learned to let that instinctive flow take the lead. “I used to have it in my schedule as something to do, but I think now the results are better because I just let the songs happen. I have theory in mind while writing, but only as a tool, not a rule.” Her inspiration is always personal, grounded in experiences she feels deeply connected to. “It’s always based on personal experiences. I think that’s the only way I can fully connect with a song and feel that it is 100% mine.”
One of the milestones she is most proud of embodies this organic rise. “I feel like hitting a million streams on my single ‘Ojalá Te Acerques Tú’ felt pretty big and incredible. I had no team, no money behind its promotion and everything happened organically. I can confidently say that every single stream from that song comes from a genuine listener that decided to play it.” The emotional reach of that track extended far beyond numbers, creating moments of powerful connection between artist and fan, including one interaction that still stands out: “She showed me a tattoo on her leg. It was the title of my single ‘Ojalá Te Acerques Tú’ done with my handwriting from that letter I gave her the year before!”
Creatively, TERE! now feels she is entering the most defined phase of her artistry yet. Her latest single marks that shift. “I think my latest single LIAR is my favourite song so far. It represents everything I want to be as an artist, and it had strong and extreme dynamics that blend with aggressive guitars and distorted vocals.” The track also points directly toward her next major chapter, as “LIAR represents perfectly what my debut album is going to be like.” That debut, titled NO MORE MANNERS, is a statement of identity and defiance.
Alongside recording, she is already planning what comes next. “Currently working on my debut album and its national tour in Spain in 2026!.. Also preparing and setting up the festivals for the upcoming summer!” Her ambitions don’t stop at releases and touring - TERE! envisions the continuous evolution of both sound and image. “I expect it to become more and more unique, so that I can forget about the exterior and stay connected to my inner flow to create what feels right to me. I have my fans in mind when writing music, but I still want it to feel original and mine.” Visually and emotionally, she wants her world to become bolder and more provocative. “I see my image becoming more provocative and stimulant. I want my project to make you feel like you can let your rage out and find in it a comforting space to express your feelings and worries.”
At the heart of everything is her hope that listeners feel reflected in her music. “I hope they can see themselves in it as much as I see myself.” Influenced by artists like Joan Jett, Hayley Williams, and Olivia Rodrigo, she aims to build the same kind of meaningful resonance for a new generation of fans.
Behind the scenes, TERE! remains deeply hands-on with her work, something many people don’t realise. “I produce its initial demos! I care a lot about the sound and musical arrangement that the songs are going to have, so I always record an initial demo to bring to the producer or even score the instruments that will take part in the recording.” This dedication to detail underlines the level of creative control she maintains throughout her process.

Balancing personal life with an all-consuming career continues to be a learning curve. “My main problem is that sometimes I don’t. I have improved a lot this year, but sometimes it’s hard to differentiate when music goes over your 9-to-5 ideal day, which it always does.” To maintain perspective, she separates personal identity from performance character. “I try to see my work as a musician as a character, and my personal life as me as a human being. That way I can choose when something is part of my character so shouldn’t affect me personally.”
Even moments onstage remain completely unfiltered. “I put really weird faces on when performing, especially when I’m playing keys. I don’t know why, I just feel the music so much when performing that that’s just how I express it facially.” It’s these honest, almost accidental elements that capture her authenticity - a reminder that beneath the big vocals and fierce stage presence is an artist who leads entirely with feeling.
As she continues shaping her sound and expanding her audience, TERE! stands out as a musician driven not by trends or expectation, but by instinct, emotional truth, and an unapologetic commitment to expression.
